Schedule: 8 hour shift | Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

Job Description

Cam Total Service is currently looking for a highly coordinated Dispatch to join our growing team. The Dispatch will be responsible communicating with our staff and clients. If you enjoy making a difference and having a positive impact on people’s personal lives, then this role will be very fulfilling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily travel routes with our Plumbing Experts.
  • Communicate with our experts, our customers, and our contractors to ensure timely and accurate arrival times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Use phone etiquette when interacting with experts and customers.
  • Utilize GIS (Geographic Information System) tools to assist with route planning and mapping.
  • Assist in other logistics-related tasks as needed.

Job Skills

  • Strong knowledge of transportation planning and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with experts, customers, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette when interacting with experts and customers.
  • Knowledge of GIS tools for route planning and mapping is a plus
